Job Responsibility

Direct, manage and coordinate logistics and transportation of products to/from the warehouse and pharmacy
Responsible for day to day operations of the fulfilment/labelling team to ensure the work flow is effective and any obstacles to the process are cleared
Planning and coordinating all event logistical requirements including transportation of medication to/from warehouse and pharmacy
Ensure all medication is stored, handled and transported in line with company procedures, health and safety guidelines and event regulations
Responsible for keeping the pharmacy area clean and organized
Be proactive and work closely with logistics lead to resolve logistical issues independently or within a team environment
Confirm quality of every released batch through the review and approval of all batch record components
Perform timely release of products, staging of products and scrapping of rejected products within pharmacy
Perform wrapping of packaged IV bag medication loaded on pallet
Coordinate with warehouse for pickup/dropoff of IV bag medication once palletized to/from FSSE1 and FSSE2

Job Responsibility

On the floor leader that will plan, orchestrate, train and even perform daily activities associated with post-production
specifically, logistics
Will be responsible for planning and coordinating all event logistical requirements including transportation of medication to/from warehouse and pharmacy
Ensure training and compliance of all activities performed in the area
