Job Description:

The primary purpose of the Post-Production Logistics Tech role is to direct, manage and coordinate logistics and transportation of products to/from the warehouse and pharmacy. The logistics tech will be responsible for day to day operations of the fulfilment/labelling team to ensure the work flow is effective and any obstacles to the process are cleared.

Job Responsibility:

  • Direct, manage and coordinate logistics and transportation of products to/from the warehouse and pharmacy
  • Responsible for day to day operations of the fulfilment/labelling team to ensure the work flow is effective and any obstacles to the process are cleared
  • Planning and coordinating all event logistical requirements including transportation of medication to/from warehouse and pharmacy
  • Ensure all medication is stored, handled and transported in line with company procedures, health and safety guidelines and event regulations
  • Responsible for keeping the pharmacy area clean and organized
  • Be proactive and work closely with logistics lead to resolve logistical issues independently or within a team environment
  • Confirm quality of every released batch through the review and approval of all batch record components
  • Perform timely release of products, staging of products and scrapping of rejected products within pharmacy
  • Perform wrapping of packaged IV bag medication loaded on pallet
  • Coordinate with warehouse for pickup/dropoff of IV bag medication once palletized to/from FSSE1 and FSSE2
  • Work closely with labeling team to box packaged product and place evenly on a pallet
  • Scan finished product into location within pharmacy/warehouse
  • Support any additional movement regarding 3PL product storage at FSSE2
  • Other duties as assigned
