We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Post-Production Coordinator Intern to support our post-editor in delivering high-quality, social-first video and image content. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, creative environment where content moves quickly from concept to delivery. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows from ingest to delivery, assisting with asset organization, tracking deadlines, and performing basic quality checks. Under direct supervision, you will learn the ins and outs of feedback facilitation, preparing files for various social platforms, and maintaining an efficient post-production pipeline.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist the post-editor in managing the flow of digital assets from ingest to delivery
  • Organize and archive video and image files for easy retrieval
  • Perform initial media management tasks, including labeling and metadata entry
  • Track project progress against social media publishing deadlines
  • Conduct basic quality control checks to ensure content meets technical and creative standards
