Job Description

The primary purpose of the Post-Production Fulfilment Technician is to perform the final steps of production which includes selection of appropriate product to fulfill orders and package for shipment to patients. In addition, this person will assist in keeping the shipping lanes active as we continue to see increase in outgoing orders.

Job Responsibility

  • Select appropriate boxes, coolers, and packaging materials for product delivery
  • Verify that outgoing orders are matched with the correct packing slips and shipping labels
  • Select the appropriate products to accurately fulfill customer orders
  • Handle and ship controlled substances in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Ensure accurate and timely dating of all shipping labels
  • Complete and maintain proper documentation for all post-production activities
  • Support fulfillment operations as requested by pharmacists and management
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Post-production experience and knowledge of fulfillment required
  • Experience with GDP in a cGMP environment and able to focus on batch related documentation
  • holding staff accountable for corrections and ensuring quality in every unit
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, schedule, and communicate production schedule for success
  • Ability to handle multiple shipment orders at once
