Post-production experienced and SME level knowledge of visual inspection, product labeling, and/or fulfillment required
Experience with GDP in a cGMP environment and able to focus on batch related documentation

Job Responsibility

On-the-floor leader who will perform daily activities associated with post-production
specifically shipping
Perform verification by performing physical counts of medications to be shipped
Associate outgoing orders with the correct packing slips
Ensure shipping technicians are pairing outgoing orders with the correct packing slips and shipping labels
Selecting appropriate box/cooler and packaging product for delivery
Selecting appropriate product to fulfill customer orders
Shipping controlled substances
Ensuring proper shipping label dating
Proper documentation of forms in all post-production areas

The Post-Production Lead Technician shall be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods of time, and be able to pass a vision test.

Job Responsibility

On the floor leader that will plan, orchestrate, train and even perform daily activities associated with post-production
specifically, fulfillment.
Ensure training and compliance of all activities performed in the area.
Perform verification by performing physical counts of medications to be shipped if needed.
Support fulfillment activities as required based on request from pharmacists and management.
Oversees the printing, picking, packing, releasing, and assembly of customer orders and resolving any orders that have inventory issues.
Selecting appropriate product to fulfill customer orders.
Initiate, investigate, and develop robust CAPA for process deviations
determine root cause and execute continuous process improvements to eliminate future shipping errors.
Coordinate with Customer Service Representative team for shipments or changes of priority orders.

Responsible for keeping the pharmacy area clean and organized
Be proactive and work closely with logistics lead to resolve logistical issues independently or within a team environment
Confirm quality of every released batch through the review and approval of all batch record components
Perform timely release of products, staging of products and scrapping of rejected products within pharmacy
Perform wrapping of packaged IV bag medication loaded on pallet
