Job Description:

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Post-Production Coordinator to support the creation and delivery of marketing assets in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role partners with creative, marketing, and production teams to manage media, post-production workflows, and campaign delivery across multiple platforms.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate post-production workflows and asset delivery across broadcast, digital, and multi-platform campaigns
  • Manage asset tracking, media organization, file routing, and delivery timelines
  • Maintain calendars, schedules, and project tracking to keep initiatives on schedule
  • Collaborate with creative, production, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Communicate technical specifications and delivery requirements clearly to stakeholders
  • Support process improvements and workflow efficiency across post-production operations
  • Juggle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Broadcast, Production, or Post-Production (5+ years preferred)
  • Strong understanding of television post-production workflows and file formats
  • Proficiency with Keynote, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, Google Docs, and similar tools
  • Familiarity with video editing tools and database software
  • Basic knowledge of rights management
  • Comfortable working on Mac systems
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Bachelor’s degree required
