Job Description:

Label finished product containers and final packaging according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and batch records. Set up, clean and operate labeling equipment as required for various product configurations. Follow standard Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) for appropriate room setup. Complete label reconciliation and accountability where appropriate.

Job Responsibility:

  • Label and pack the medication according to SOP with the aim of ensuring that the customer is provided with the correct medication
  • Set up, operate and clean labeling equipment
  • Clean the workplace according to defined guidelines as well as monitor possible residual materials with the aim of working in a neat and clean environment which adheres to the quality guidelines to prevent accidents and incidents
  • Conduct appropriate documentation per GDP guidelines
  • Respect the quality, neatness and safety guidelines when carrying out production orders, with the aim of preventing accidents and other unwanted incidents
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience operating labeler/machinery
  • Ability to work with others in a positive and professional manner and to develop and maintain strong working relationships with co-workers and management
  • Ability to take initiative, including asking for and offering help when needed

  • Ability to prioritize and plan work activities. Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities.
