We’re looking for an experienced and driven Post-Merger Integration Manager to join our PMI team. A group dedicated to turning strategic acquisitions into lasting success stories. As a Post-Merger Integration Manager, you’ll lead the charge in ensuring our acquisitions deliver their full potential. Operationally, financially, and culturally. You’ll design and execute detailed integration plans, collaborate across every major business function, and help newly combined teams move forward as one. This is a high-visibility role with direct influence on how we grow and evolve as an organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and lead end-to-end integration plans alongside workstream leads which have clear milestones, deliverables, and KPIs
  • Oversee overall integration execution to ensure integrations land on time, on budget, and successfully for the people
  • Partner with workstream leads to ensure alignment and consistency across all business areas
  • Work closely with leaders across Product, Technology, Operations, IT, HR, Finance, and Legal and solve key dependencies and must-get-rights
  • Build bridges between acquiring and acquired teams to ensure a smooth, cohesive transition
  • Anticipate and manage risks, drive proactive solutions, and champion positive change
  • Foster cultural alignment and engagement, helping teams navigate change confidently
  • Track integration progress, report key metrics to leadership, and measure synergy realization
  • Conduct post-integration reviews and contribute to improving our PMI playbooks and best practices
  • Explore and embed AI into PMI processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in post-merger integration, M&A consulting, or large-scale project management
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and deliver measurable outcomes
  • Strong understanding of M&A processes and operational functions
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Nice to have:

  • PMP or similar project management certification (advantageous)
  • Experience in Go-To-Market, Product, or Technology related integration priorities is a plus
