Job Description:

A leading UK law firm with offices located throughout the country, is looking for an experienced Post-Exchange Paralegal in their London office. This role is permanent and will be performed on a hybrid working basis (3 days a week in the office after probation/training). The role sits within our client’s Real Estate & Projects team, and they work on a wide variety of property transactions with a broad range of clients from registered providers of social care and housing to private developers, acting on sites and developments both on small and large scale.

Job Responsibility:

Working on dealing with transactions from the point of exchange to completion, and beyond to registration

Requirements:

  • At least 18 months’ continuous experience in a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage their own caseload
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent academics, including a good law degree (2:1 minimum)
  • Excellent IT and organisational skills
  • Must hold full UK working rights

Nice to have:

  • Experience of dealing with developers and/or housing associations
  • Experience of competing SDLT/AP1 forms
