A leading law firm is seeking a meticulous and proactive Post Completion Assistant to join the team. This role involves ensuring compliance and efficiency in post-completion processes, such as Land Registry submissions, SDLT/LTT returns, and Companies House registrations.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare and submit applications to Land Registry
Handle requisitions and raise queries with the Land Registry
Draft and submit SDLT and LTT returns
Register and satisfy Charges/Debentures within statutory deadlines
Conduct OS1, OS2, SIM, Bankruptcy, company, and winding-up searches
Plot and process property searches using the Searchflow system
Requirements:
Experience in residential property post-completion work
Excellent attention to detail, organisational and analytical skills
Strong communication and professional presence
Comfortable working across multiple teams in a dynamic environment
Nice to have:
Experience in commercial property or property finance
Familiarity with case management systems (Proclaim) and BigHand
