Job Description

This role sits within the Real Estate & Projects team, working on a wide variety of property transactions with a broad range of clients from registered providers of social care and housing to private developers, acting on sites and developments both on a large and small scale.

Requirements

  • At least 12 months’ experience in Post-Completion matters
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage own caseload
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent academics, including a good law degree
  • Excellent IT and organisational skills
  • Full UK working rights

Nice to have

  • Experience of dealing with developers and/or housing associations
  • Experience of completing SDLT returns

  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all documents and correspondence within case management systems
  • Operate electronic payment systems to manage disbursements and outgoing funds post-completion
  • Ensure funds are distributed accurately and in line with completion statements and client instructions
  • Assist with reconciliation processes and liaise with accounts teams as required
