Job Description:

A leading UK law firm is looking for an experienced Post-Completion Paralegal in their Birmingham office. The role sits within the Real Estate & Projects team.

Job Responsibility:

Work on a wide variety of property transactions with a broad range of clients from registered providers of social care and housing to private developers, acting on sites and developments both on a large and small scale

Requirements:

  • At least 12 months’ experience in Post-Completion matters
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage own caseload
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent academics, including a good law degree
  • Excellent IT and organisational skills
  • Full UK working rights
  • Live within easily commutable distance from Birmingham City Centre

Nice to have:

  • Experience of dealing with developers and/or housing associations
  • Experience of completing SDLT returns
