We are looking for an experienced Post Closer to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a critical role in managing the post-closing process for mortgage loans, ensuring accuracy and compliance while supporting seamless operations. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a collaborative environment and enhance client satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the completion of loan files with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
  • Partner with the Loan Processing team to ensure all transactions meet compliance standards
  • Manage documents into appropriate systems, ensuring proper documentation in all files
  • Monitor and resolve post-closing exceptions in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the mortgage industry, with a focus on post-closing processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage closing, loan origination, and processing procedures
