Job Description

This Contract to permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the seamless delivery of loan services while ensuring compliance and accuracy. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing and finalizing loan files, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibility

  • Review and finalize loan files to ensure accuracy, compliance, and completeness
  • Collaborate closely with the Loan Processing team to address any outstanding issues and maintain compliance standards
  • Prepare and record assignments of mortgage accurately and in a timely manner
  • Monitor and resolve post-closing exceptions to ensure smooth operations
  • Upload loan information

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the mortgage industry, with a focus on Post Closing
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, to support data organization and reporting
  • Comprehensive knowledge of mortgage closing, loan origination, and post-closing processes
  • Familiarity with title companies and their role in loan transactions
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
