Job Description

Post and Customer Operations Administrator - What You'll be Doing Each Day: Post - Open parcels, handle client products safely & process correctly as per procedures; Record tracking details accurately to ensure security procedures are followed; Report any discrepancies; Help Post Room with collections of deliveries; Creation of shipping labels (using SAP system – training provided); Securely pack C/S repairs ready for dispatch; Handle client products safely & process correctly as per procedures; Report any issues. Repairs - Client account & product identification; Recording of product condition (aesthetic defects); Recording of client requests; Inform relevant departments in case of escalations or special attention; Transfer to diagnosis team; Match the repairs with the original paperwork; Check where the repair must be transferred; Push the repair through the right location, physically and in SAP. Spare Parts - Manage the reception of the spare parts; Match the spare parts with each repair.
