As a Positive Behavioural Support Worker, you will play a key role in promoting independence and building connections. Your support will make a real difference in their lives. In this role, you will provide essential support in people’s homes during the night. You will be working with people with complex needs who require extra support to achieve their goals within their own home. Routine is critical in this challenging role and your role is to inspire, support and promote independence while building a connection with them.
