Job Responsibility

Conduct All-Source Intelligence Analysis to identify malicious activity and adversarial behaviours by using SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, and/or IMINT
Conduct analysis using multiple intelligence collection methods to produce intelligence reports which will support assessments of threats and malicious activity
Analyze systems and networks of interest, identify network vulnerabilities, and support the development of techniques to exploit networks
Create assessments based on analysis of fused intelligence data, which focus on threats to DoD and US Government systems. Document the assessments in the form of intelligence reports to support mission objectives and situational awareness for operations
Write reports for customers based on research and analysis of cyber threat activities and techniques

Requirements

MSc in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Positive Behaviour Support, Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, or equivalent
UKBA (Cert) and current UKSBA membership
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a senior PBS role
Experience providing clinical supervision and line management within PBS teams
Experience leading the implementation of a service-wide PBS approach
Experience supporting individuals with high-risk behaviours of concern
Strong skills in functional assessment, PBS plan development and behavioural intervention
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Responsibility

Develop and implement the Positive Behaviour Support strategy across CFT Care and Spectra Care
Work collaboratively with senior leadership and operational teams to embed PBS across services
Analyse service data and feedback to monitor effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
Support the development of PBS-related policies, systems and training programmes across both organisations
Provide line management, clinical supervision, mentoring and coaching to Behaviour Analysts and PBS Practitioners
Support Behaviour Analysts with the management and development of PBS Champions
Maintain clinical oversight of all PBS cases across services
Ensure the PBS team works in line with the latest research, guidance and best practice
Provide specialist behavioural support for individuals presenting high-risk behaviours of concern
Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments and develop Positive Behaviour Support plans

PG Diploma, Masters in Positive Behaviour Support, Applied Behaviour Analysis, or equivalent qualification

Coach and mentor staff teams in the principles of Positive Behaviour Support and proactive strategies
Support colleagues during assessment visits, transitions, and complex case reviews
Promote restraint reduction techniques and support teams to reduce restrictive practices
Support teams to understand behaviours of concern and implement person-centred approaches
Lead or contribute to multidisciplinary meetings involving internal and external professionals
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and behavioural data in line with regulatory requirements
Ensure compliance with CQC standards, RRN guidance, and organisational policies and procedures
