Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner Lead

If so, we invite you to apply for our exciting opportunity as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner! We a specialist care provider supporting individual adults that have a learning disability and or are on the autism spectrum, particularly those with significant behaviours that are behaviours of concern. This includes adults with additional mental health support needs and sensory processing needs. The care provided will be within their own home, a home that they have chosen, this will be domiciliary service where the care team visit the individual in their own home to deliver the support that they require.
