Work collaboratively with colleagues including key workers to help the people we support explore and realise their potential to develop relationships, skills and independence
Ensure our Positive Behaviour Support offer has a measurable positive impact on people we support alongside developing our approach to reducing restrictive practice and improving STOMP scores
Ensuring our services achieve high quality outcomes for the people we support
Compliance with UK regulations and achieving ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ ratings with the CQC
Champion quality and the values of the organization and exhibit the highest standards personally and professionally
Act as internal support to ensure that Liaise delivers personalised and exceptional support to the people we support through the continued development of evidence based practice
Support the skills and knowledge development of support staff through training, modelling and guidance
Be responsible for own professional development
Attend PBS Network meetings and engage in as well as contribute to Liaise training & development offer
Undertake and contribute to: functional assessments, transition planning and support, service debriefs as required
