Job Description

The POS Project Manager leads the planning and execution of Point-of-Sale / retail display projects, from estimating and prototyping through production, logistics, and multi-site rollout. You’ll coordinate suppliers, installers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality POS units on time and within budget.

Job Responsibility

  • Convert briefs and designs into production-ready builds (materials, structure, safety, assembly, packaging, transport)
  • Manage RFQs, prototypes, sample approvals, and industrialization for rollout
  • Coordinate fabrication, print, logistics, warehousing (if needed), and installation partners
  • Build rollout plans (store lists, delivery waves, install schedules) and track execution
  • Run QC checks and ensure compliance with agreed specs and brand standards
  • Control budget/margin, manage change requests, and secure approvals for variations
  • Maintain project documentation: BOMs, specs, drawings, POs, approvals, rollout trackers, install reports

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years in POS production / retail rollout / fabrication project management
  • Strong understanding of fabrication materials and processes (wood/metal/acrylic
  • lighting a plus)
  • Proven experience managing prototypes, production constraints, and multi-location installs
  • Strong negotiation, scheduling, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong Excel + MS Office
  • comfortable with project tracking and reporting tools
  • Excellent English: Arabic is a plus
