Job Responsibility

  • Deliver engaging and effective instruction across the Portuguese primary curriculum, aligned with national educational guidelines
  • Plan and execute dynamic lessons that meet the diverse academic and developmental needs of students
  • Take responsibility for the homeroom class, supporting students’ academic progress, well-being, and personal development
  • Monitor student progress through formative and summative assessment, maintaining high academic standards
  • Provide pastoral support and work closely with the school’s well-being and support teams
  • Encourage student participation in co-curricular activities, projects, and enrichment opportunities
  • Contribute to curriculum development and whole-school improvement initiatives
