Job Responsibility

  • Execute daily pricing updates and manage rate distribution across primary channels based on occupancy and competitor offerings
  • Track daily booking data, pickup, and wash trends to identify market indicators and proactively manage low-demand periods
  • Manage backend database configurations, ensure strict rate parity across all digital platforms, and audit daily booking entries
  • Monitor competitor market strategies and conduct rolling performance reviews to protect and grow market share
  • Analyse large-scale group booking inquiries for financial viability and assist executive leadership with annual budget-setting
  • Review corporate cancellation and deposit policies while ensuring all transactional operational records are accurately maintained.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a hotel pricing, revenue, or analytical data role, with a strong preference for candidates who have managed a multi-property or multi-site hospitality portfolio
  • A demonstrated ability to work independently and make confident, data-driven pricing and yield decisions
  • Strong technical literacy across property management databases and digital channel distribution networks
  • Advanced MS Excel and analytical skills to track market trends and perform data audits
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with central operations and executive teams.
