Partner with regional marketing leadership in shaping, prioritizing, and managing the EMEA marketing portfolio. Steer how marketing demand is translated into an executable, sequenced, and well-resourced portfolio that drives measurable business impact. Acting as a strategic operational partner to regional leaders, this role brings rigor to planning, investment decisions, and delivery at scale, ensuring that marketing priorities are realistic, aligned, and optimized across markets.

Job Responsibility

  • Portfolio Planning & Governance: Own and maintain the single source of truth for the EMEA marketing roadmap, sequencing, budgets
  • Investment, Capacity & Resource Optimization: Translate approved budgets into resource and capacity plans
  • Process & Tool Stewardship: Champion standardized ways of working across marketing teams
  • Change Management & Continuous Improvement: Onboard new teams to Resmed’s marketing delivery model, measure adoption, and drive ongoing refinements
  • Cross-Functional & Regional Facilitation: Act as the bridge between EMEA, AMER, APAC, and global marketing functions
  • Performance Insights: Publish regular “regional portfolio health” updates covering budget utilization, milestone progress, and risk visibility
  • Audience Strategy Integration: Connect the dots across audience teams (Consumer, Provider, Brand, Communications)
  • Team Leadership & Development: Manage and mentor a team of regional Project Managers

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in portfolio operations, program delivery, business operations, or marketing-adjacent operational leadership roles
  • Experience owning or managing marketing portfolios or large, multi-market programs
  • Hands-on experience operating within modern delivery frameworks (e.g., Agile, SAFe, hybrid, or iterative models) with a strong understanding of project management fundamentals
  • Proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on coaching, clarity, and accountability
  • Hands-on expertise with project management tools such as Asana, Confluence, or similar platforms
  • Strong facilitation and conflict-resolution skills in complex, matrixed organizations
  • Financial and data fluency: able to build capacity models, analyze trade-offs, and connect insights to strategic recommendations
  • A track record of building operational playbooks, running retrospectives, and scaling best practices
