Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain and update portfolio compliance trackers, ensuring statutory and non‑statutory actions stay on schedule
  • Monitor upcoming and overdue compliance tasks and drive timely completion
  • Liaise with site teams, managing agents and contractors to close out actions efficiently
  • Highlight risks, delays and trends to Property Operations Managers
  • Manage Fixflo workflows, ensuring issues are logged, progressed and resolved
  • Support accurate property and compliance data management within MRI/Qube
  • Coordinate contractors, suppliers and third parties, including access, works and documentation
  • Track outstanding actions and documents through to completion with clear, consistent communication
  • Assist the Portfolio Operations Manager with day‑to‑day operations and meeting preparation
  • Prepare reporting information and maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records across systems

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills and tracking skills with high attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills, to assist in dealing with key-stakeholders and third parties
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks across schemes

Nice to have:

  • Comfortable using IT and Property Management Software (Qube MRI/Fixflo)
  • Experience in Build to Rent or Property Management
  • General understanding of property management compliance (ie Gas safety certification, electrical installation certification etc, fire safety certification)
