Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to support a leading industrial property portfolio? JLL is seeking a dedicated Portfolio Operations & Capex Coordinator to join our Lendlease Account team on a fixed-term contract basis, covering parental leave. Working within our Property Management division, you will support the Portfolio Operations & Capital Works Manager in delivering exceptional service across the Lendlease Industrial portfolio. This role focuses on compiling capital business cases, managing operational data, and supporting sustainability initiatives across multiple platforms.

Job Responsibility:

  • Review, forecast, and manage APPFI Capital Works delivery and sustainability compliance
  • Compile comprehensive business cases for capital works objectives
  • Maintain accurate data across various operational platforms including Evolution, MRI, and iComply
  • Support preparation of 10-year capex plans utilising lifecycle audits and tenancy reviews
  • Assist with compliance and certification requirements, including Fire Safety Statements
  • Support energy, water, and waste conservation initiatives
  • Provide administrative support for capital works projects and tender documentation
  • Contribute to annual budget preparation and monthly reporting processes
