JLL’s Sector Marketers provide strategic marketing services to our sector business teams. This role will support the Logistics & Industrial business teams, which are see exciting opportunities across the Americas region as the industry grows and evolves. This individual will create promotional campaigns, messaging, and toolkits to drive our Office and Retail business forward. Their focus is always understanding the “buyer” and mapping JLL’s presence to the buyer journey to create campaigns that differentiate JLL. These campaigns will be leveraged across all markets in Americas. As part of our client and business marketing team they will need to work across our Investor audience marketing functions, ensuring collaboration across audiences, business lines and country marketing. They provide marketing strategy and tactical execution in support of business objectives, using their creativity and firm grasp on technology, campaign tactics and marketing analytics.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with senior sector leadership and audience marketing leads to prioritise, strategise, plan and execute high-performing marketing programs
  • Partner with the audience marketing leads to create and maintain a cohesive suite of baseline collateral and templates
  • Develop campaign strategies to target and nurture prospective clients
  • Develop campaign strategies that activate, protect and differentiate the JLL brand
  • Identifying notable sector content for elevation in our audience campaigns
  • Segment client and prospective client audiences based on needs, preferences and unique journeys
  • Work with our T1, T2 and T3 markets to help them access our marketing materials and campaigns
  • Oversee sector marketing metrics and reporting, regularly analysing our efforts and identifying areas for improvement
  • Manage meetings, timelines and budgets related to integrated sector marketing projects
  • Master the firm’s internal systems and services to support integrated marketing projects

Requirements:

  • Track record of strategic marketing in the B2B services arena
