Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • At least 5 years' recent experience of successfully delivering complex programmes
  • and evidence of successful delivery of programmes utilising waterfall, agile and hybrid method
  • Demonstrate a depth and breadth of commercial, financial, and risk management experience and to display acumen in each of these areas
  • Have a direct influence on the profitability of the program
  • Introduce innovation and efficiency in the delivery of programmes
  • pro-actively identify and mitigate avoidable cost
  • Drive successful commercial and financial outcomes
  • Embed and ensure contractual compliance
  • Ensure effective risk identification, risk management, and risk mitigation across the programme
  • Apply sound judgement, anticipating opportunities and threats, taking proportionate action in a timely fashion

  • Coordinate and work closely with the Portfolio Analyst to complete post launch reviews for all products within the range to validate that financial, operational and sales key performance indicators have been achieved and to capture lessons learnt for future product designs and launches – ranking them into bronze, silver and gold
  • Constantly review the performance of the range and take action to remove or change unproductive or margin dilutive products using the Rev Management team and Qlik to inform decision making
