Portfolio Manager

• Assist in overseeing C&I lease portfolios, ensuring accurate reporting, timely payments, and covenant compliance
• Support monitoring of loan agreements and help implement risk mitigation measures
• Collaborate with internal teams, including controlling and cash collection, to maintain reliable financial data
• Review and validate financial reports under the guidance of senior colleagues, ensuring alignment with investor expectations
• Gain hands-on exposure to structured finance, SPV structures, and portfolio operations
• Support reporting to lenders, equity partners, and senior management with clear and concise analyses
• Contribute to process improvements and development of internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1–2 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, controlling, or a related area
• Exposure to portfolio monitoring, cashflow analysis, structured finance, or SPV operations
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work with complex financial data
• Fluent in English
