We're seeking an exceptional Portfolio Manager to lead our team of General Managers, shaping operational excellence across our diverse student accommodation properties nationwide. This exciting role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on student living experiences and satisfaction. The role is home-based but will require national travel to support your team of General Managers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and manage a team of General Managers across a national portfolio of properties
  • Drive KPI performance, accountability, and ownership through supportive leadership
  • Conduct regular 1-1s, setting realistic SMART goals for your team
  • Maintain high standards through planned visits, audits, coaching, and supportive meetings
