We are seeking a Portfolio Management professional to manage, prioritise, and progress growth opportunities within the Business-to-Technology (B2T) segment. This role acts as a strategic enabler, ensuring initiatives align with business objectives and are successfully delivered through go-to-market channels. Responsibilities include opportunity management, demand planning, project cost calculation, and maintaining delivery quality using tools that streamline processes and ensure operational excellence.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own the lifecycle of B2T growth initiatives, ensuring stakeholder alignment and timely delivery
  • Evaluate and prioritise opportunities based on strategic fit, commercial potential, and resource capacity
  • Calculate project costs to support business cases and investment decisions
  • Ensure high-quality execution of initiatives, managing risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and commercial teams for seamless GTM execution
  • Maintain visibility of the opportunity pipeline, providing regular updates and insights to leadership
  • Recommend portfolio direction, market positioning, and resource allocation

Requirements:

  • Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen
  • Proven experience in portfolio management, GTM strategy, or delivery leadership
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional initiatives
  • Familiarity with B2T market dynamics and technology-driven business models
  • Analytical mindset with experience in cost modelling and demand forecasting
  • Knowledge of delivery quality standards and performance tracking
  • 3+ years of experience in portfolio management, GTM execution, or delivery operations
  • Preferably experienced with demand management tools
  • Proficient in project costing and financial modelling
  • Background in B2B or B2T environments, preferably in telecom or technology sectors
  • Strong understanding of delivery methodologies and performance metrics
