Zennify is seeking a skilled Portfolio Lead to join our team. This leader will have a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and will serve as a trusted advisor to prospects. You will demonstrate clear knowledge of their business, work to understand their needs, and propose Salesforce solutions that help them reach their goals with measurable impact. The role covers the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new logos, supported by internal partners such as Salesforce channel teams, marketing, and sales engineering.
Job Responsibility:
Build and strengthen relationships with Salesforce license teams, and collaborate to engage new potential clients
Cultivate leads and source new opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem, generating interest in Zennify as a premier Salesforce partner
Understand client business needs and goals
Serve as a trusted advisor and demonstrate the ROI of Salesforce solutions and Zennify’s ability to design and implement them
Lead and manage all phases of the sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, project scoping, presentation development, SOW creation, and contract negotiation
Requirements:
3 or more years selling Salesforce solutions, preferably including Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
5 to 10 or more years selling SaaS in the Financial Services market, including Wealth Management, Banking, Insurance, Investment, or related industries
Experience selling to both Mid Market and Enterprise accounts
Background working in a consulting environment
Ability to build assets from scratch, including roadmaps, sales materials, marketing content, and strategy solutions
Proven success working in a channel partnership sales model
Strong consultative sales skills and discovery methods
Ability to articulate ROI and build business cases for Salesforce
Track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals, with both individual and team focused mindset
Skilled at handling objections and creatively overcoming obstacles
Strong forecasting and results orientation
Ability to create compelling presentations that outline benefits, objectives, and clear paths to client success
Highly effective communication skills with vendors, clients, and internal partners
Nice to have:
Salesforce Administrator Certification
Experience with Agile or Scrum
Thrives in a team based, high energy, fast paced environment
Service driven and committed to outstanding customer results
Enjoys learning and applying new technologies
Analytical, logical, and methodical problem solver
Strong prioritization and multi tasking skills in a deadline driven environment
Operates with urgency, strong organization, and consistent follow up
