Job Description

The role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Portfolio Integration department, ensuring close cooperation with NARTD brand owners to achieve business objectives and align all campaigns and products with the company’s strategic priorities. The position drives the development and execution of portfolio strategy across Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia, covering brands such as Coca-Cola, Fanta, Sprite, Kinley, Schweppes, Monster, Burn, Fuzetea, Cappy, Neptunas, and Kropla Beskidu. A key focus is identifying growth opportunities, optimizing commercialization processes, and ensuring the portfolio delivers sustainable topline growth and profitability.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the development of the NARTD portfolio strategy, ensuring sustainable topline and margin growth, effective DME allocation, and improved category profitability and brand P&L
  • Define long-term portfolio priorities and integrate brand activity plans into a cohesive, cross-channel calendar with clear execution priorities
  • Collaborate with Channel, Sales, and Brand Owners teams to identify market-specific needs and translate them into relevant marketing programs
  • Align and integrate marketing activities into the annual marketing calendar and DME master plan
  • Drive operationalization of brand platforms and NCPs into channel and customer plans, including performance evaluation
  • Manage end-to-end commercialization of innovations, ensuring business case alignment, launch excellence, and strong ROI focus
