Job Responsibility:

  • Leading the Portfolio & Governance function by ensuring effective portfolio planning, governance execution, and reporting

  • Ensuring consistency, quality, and transparency in reporting and governance activities

Requirements:

  • MSc or BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems or any other related field
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in portfolio management, governance, or similar environments
  • Experience leading or coordinating teams
  • Good understanding of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe)
  • Experience with automation tools, data analytics, and/or AI-driven solutions (e.g., dashboards, reporting tools, workflow automation)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both Greek & English and with both technical and business audiences
