Job Responsibility

Lead the operation in safety. Clearly demonstrate and execute safety leadership that prioritizes employee safety and creates a culture of safety within the operation
Leads a diverse range of key technical functions that support the operations in areas including but not limited to, geosciences, mine planning, tailings, and survey. Understand the objectives of mining and processing, and the required technical work required by these areas to deliver in a sustainable way
Co-ordinates technical service programs of work that enhance the life of the asset, and the quality and delivery of production. Technical activities and programs will be both short term, routine technical work, as well as well as medium term.
