You will manage and coordinate the implementation of consumer promotional activities and product launches at a national level. Job Responsibility:

  • Contribute to the development of the product portfolio and manage each new launch
  • Ensure full compliance with the new product launch process and alignment of market requirements with our technical capabilities
  • Identify new launch opportunities and bring these innovations to market on time
  • Build strong connections with key functions within Coca-Cola Hellenic
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs and losses within the existing portfolio
  • Monitor activities and propose corrective plans
  • Manage monthly meetings for new product introductions with The Coca-Cola Company and managers during operational weekly/monthly meetings
  • Ensure communication to extended Commercial teams regarding new product launches, listings & delistings
  • Delist identified SKUs by minimizing costs and losses
  • Perform complete analysis to identify SKUs that do not meet required performance levels
  • Incorporate Coca-Cola Hellenic principles into all our products and innovations

Requirements:

  • University degree, Marketing/Management degree is an advantage
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing or trade marketing
  • Experience with business processes: calendar planning, conducting marketing activities, brand/product launches, consumer research, budget control
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Digital skills, especially Excel (ideally advanced) and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable working with analyses and figures, strong analytical skills to generate recommendations
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Customer orientation and active listening
  • Persuasive skills, ability to use and communicate data to deliver attractive sales proposals
