Great opportunity for a strategic Marketing Lead to establish and manage the Marketing agenda TCCC brands from shopper and commercialization perspective starting from identifying market key big bets to the moment when related Marketing programs planned and executed on the market. Reporting to the Portfolio Integration Manager, this role will work on maximizing the value of the TCCC portfolio by grasping key shopper opportunities and it is responsible for designing and executing the annual Marketing activity calendar in time and with highest quality. You will partner with system key stakeholders to manage holistically our marketing agenda whereas system partners are responsible for consumer aspect, you are for Shopper and engagement with Channels In this high-visibility role you will work closely with key business stakeholders across marketing, sales, RGM, Customer Value Growth, Insights, C&AS, finance, supply chain, customers, suppliers and other external entities. As a strategic Lead in the business, your goal will be to drive business performance through sustainable TCCC portfolio growth.
Job Responsibility:
Define and shape the long-term Brand Plan (BP) from a shopper and customer perspective, leveraging advanced market insights, competitive intelligence, and local channel dynamics to drive category leadership
Influence and contribute to enterprise-level portfolio strategy and big bets, ensuring alignment with corporate growth objectives and market trends
Act as a key strategic advisor to senior leadership on brand positioning, innovation priorities, and investment decisions
Collaborate with TCCC to adapt portfolio strategies locally, integrating best practices and driving consistency
Serve as a key liaison with external agencies and strategic partners to deliver high-impact communication strategies and compelling selling stories
Lead the design and execution of the annual marketing activity calendar, including breakthrough innovations and strategic initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment and flawless execution
Drive portfolio optimization through SKU rationalization, formula harmonization, and strategic product lifecycle management to maximize profitability and consumer relevance
Champion the development of innovative E3 solutions (Efficiency, Effectiveness, Execution) to strengthen key value drivers and accelerate growth
Own marketing budget planning and management (DME) across multiple brands, ensuring optimal resource allocation, ROI maximization, and financial discipline
Establish and monitor strategic KBIs for portfolio performance, marketing effectiveness, and profitability
proactively recommend corrective actions and contingency plans to safeguard business results
Identify and deliver cost-saving opportunities within the portfolio while minimizing waste
Build strong partnerships with Sales, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Category Value Growth (CVG), and Channel teams to co-create customer-centric marketing programs and implement the Picture of Success
Lead competitive analysis and consumer insight programs to anticipate market shifts, identify growth opportunities, and inform strategic decision-making
Translate insights into actionable strategies that enhance brand penetration, awareness, and equity
Oversee demand and production planning alignment to ensure supply continuity and minimize out-of-stocks
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop contingency plans for marketing programs to mitigate potential business losses
Ensure compliance with quality and legal standards for all packaging and artworks
Partner with business leaders to prepare quarterly business reviews and strategic updates to senior management, influencing decisions at the highest level
Drive forecast accuracy and growth capture initiatives in collaboration with Sales to secure market opportunities and deliver sustainable results
Requirements:
University diploma, preferable MSc in Marketing and Brand Management
Fluent English
5 years comparable experience in Marketing Departments, large, complex, multi-channel organizations
