Job Responsibility

  • Actively participate in the company’s Business Planning process, contributing to overall commercial strategy
  • Develop and execute long-term brand strategies in collaboration with TCCC brand managers
  • Monitor portfolio performance through defined KPIs and drive continuous optimization initiatives
  • Identify and implement short-term corrective actions to ensure competitiveness in the market
  • Communicate strategic plans effectively across the organization and engage internal stakeholders
  • Work closely with Supply Chain, Factory, Trade Channels, Route-to-Market, Category Teams, and TCCC to ensure flawless execution of brand strategies
  • Lead and monitor new product launches, ensuring strong market entry and performance tracking
  • Plan and deliver national consumer activations, ensuring high return on investment (ROI)
  • Analyze performance and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Relevant university degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, preferably within FMCG
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic business environment
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategies
  • Experience with Nielsen, Household Panel (HHP) data and insights
  • Strong Excel competence (data analysis and reporting)
  • Fluency in both English and Bulgarian (written and spoken)
  • Driving license
