Job Responsibility:

  • Identify cross-Consumer wide systemic planning & delivery inefficiencies & challenges on capex programmes
  • Design out entire processes, using automation and not just streamlining them
  • Replacing manual governance forums, templates and reporting packs with automated processes
  • Improve demand management flow and portfolio delivery performance through standardised planning, automation and governance
  • Standardise, embed, and continuously improve the Enterprise Delivery Framework (SAFe 6.0 implementation) across Consumer and Commercial Operations
  • Facilitate end-to-end Programme Post-Implementation Reviews (PiRs) for a small number of critical, high-impact programmes

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in enterprise delivery, portfolio management, or transformation roles
  • Strong understanding of how AI, automation, and advanced analytics can be applied to operational processes and decision-making
  • Proven ability to remove processes, automate, and embed delivery frameworks at scale
  • Deep understanding of demand management, capacity planning, and portfolio governance
  • Excellent stakeholder management across technology, product, and operations
  • Strong facilitation, analytical, and change leadership skills
  • Experience in management consulting or having prior experience in AI & process automation will be an advantage
