Hands-on experience with data rectification: GMP, Barber, data improvement projects
The ability to get into the detail and challenge outputs, even if you're not the one producing them
Confident and credible in client-facing situations
Solid prioritisation skills - you'll be running multiple schemes simultaneously
Good Excel and reporting skills

Job Responsibility

Owning client relationships across a portfolio of DB schemes
Leading data strategy and delivery oversight (not hands-on execution)
Managing and guiding technical specialists and analysts

Driving follow-on work where appropriate

At least 2 years of data visualization experience and ability to demonstrate this with a demo or portfolio
creative but pragmatic mindset without losing sight of the details
knowledge of best practices and visual design principles
at least 2 years of experience in a visualization tool or library such as Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, D3.js (demonstrable via portfolio or certification)
knowledge of other tools is a plus
knowledge of HTML/CSS and programming languages such as javascript, python, C# is a plus
experience with performance tuning of dashboards
knowledge and feeling for UX design is a plus
