Job Description:

We are seeking a commercially driven professional to act as the commercial expert for a defined portfolio, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to drive revenue growth, margin performance, and informed decision-making. This role plays a critical part in translating complex data and performance metrics into clear insights that influence portfolio strategy, investment decisions, and executive-level outcomes across VOIS and Vodafone Business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as the commercial owner for the assigned portfolio, managing, tracking, and supporting delivery of annual revenue targets
  • Provide regular, high-quality commercial analysis and insight to senior leaders
  • Monitor, forecast, and analyse portfolio KPIs, identifying risks, opportunities, root causes, and corrective or acceleration actions
  • Drive and influence business decisions using proven data insights, metrics, and scenario-based analysis
  • Translate complex data sets into clear, concise, and impactful narratives tailored for C-level executive audiences
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional recovery and acceleration initiatives
  • Engage, influence, and collaborate with stakeholders across functions and markets
  • Champion digital adoption, simplification, and automation across reporting and commercial processes

Requirements:

  • Experienced commercial or portfolio management professional with strong commercial acumen and analytical capability
  • Advanced skills in data analytics, including data manipulation, trend analysis, and insight generation using tools such as Excel and Power BI
  • Demonstrated ability to drive and influence business decisions through robust data insights and performance metrics
  • Confident in translating complex data into executive-level views, enabling clear, evidence-based decision-making at C-suite level
  • Comfortable operating in a matrix organisation, with proven stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across senior leadership levels
  • A clear communicator with high fluency in English and the ability to present insights with impact and clarity
  • Holds a university degree or equivalent professional qualification
