We are seeking a commercially driven professional to act as the commercial expert for a defined portfolio, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to drive revenue growth, margin performance, and informed decision-making. This role plays a critical part in translating complex data and performance metrics into clear insights that influence portfolio strategy, investment decisions, and executive-level outcomes across VOIS and Vodafone Business.
Job Responsibility:
Act as the commercial owner for the assigned portfolio, managing, tracking, and supporting delivery of annual revenue targets
Provide regular, high-quality commercial analysis and insight to senior leaders
Monitor, forecast, and analyse portfolio KPIs, identifying risks, opportunities, root causes, and corrective or acceleration actions
Drive and influence business decisions using proven data insights, metrics, and scenario-based analysis
Translate complex data sets into clear, concise, and impactful narratives tailored for C-level executive audiences
Lead and coordinate cross-functional recovery and acceleration initiatives
Engage, influence, and collaborate with stakeholders across functions and markets
Champion digital adoption, simplification, and automation across reporting and commercial processes
Requirements:
Experienced commercial or portfolio management professional with strong commercial acumen and analytical capability
Advanced skills in data analytics, including data manipulation, trend analysis, and insight generation using tools such as Excel and Power BI
Demonstrated ability to drive and influence business decisions through robust data insights and performance metrics
Confident in translating complex data into executive-level views, enabling clear, evidence-based decision-making at C-suite level
Comfortable operating in a matrix organisation, with proven stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across senior leadership levels
A clear communicator with high fluency in English and the ability to present insights with impact and clarity
Holds a university degree or equivalent professional qualification
