Job Description

We are seeking a Portfolio Commercial Management Specialist to act as the commercial expert for a strategic product portfolio. You will manage and track performance, identify risks and opportunities, and implement corrective actions to ensure revenue and margin targets are achieved. This role involves providing insights on product health, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving cross-functional initiatives to support growth and simplification.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver regular commercial analysis and insights to senior leadership, enabling informed portfolio decisions
  • Monitor and forecast KPIs, identify risks and root causes, and implement recovery or acceleration actions
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to remove revenue or cash blockers and ensure business case execution
  • Influence stakeholders, including Directors and Senior Leaders, to deliver revenue and margin improvements
  • Champion digital adoption by simplifying and automating processes and reporting

Requirements

  • Experienced in building strong internal relationships and influencing at senior levels
  • Skilled in executing targets and driving change within a matrix organisation
  • Possess advanced commercial acumen and strong analytical skills for data-driven insights
  • Proficient in Excel, data manipulation, and basic Power BI
