You’ll be part of a young, dynamic team, working alongside colleagues from all over the world. You’ll report to the Director, Portfolio Management, and be part of the team that creates and delivers strategic insights about the business to the leadership team and shareholder.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide in-depth asset and portfolio level analysis during the annual budget and bi-annual forecasting processes
  • Work alongside the local asset management teams and other central departments on asset business plans for key assets in the portfolio
  • Combine new and existing data to create business insights, and communicate these through dashboards, presentations, and reports
  • Perform in-depth asset- and portfolio-level analysis (leasing, occupancy, capex, NOI, etc.) and prepare high-quality reporting on past, current and projected performance
  • Prepare presentations to C-suite, shareholder meetings and asset management leadership team
  • Build strong commercial knowledge at an asset and market levels
  • Learn the systems used to manage and track portfolio performance (Yardi, PowerApps, Power BI, Excel, etc.)
  • Support the team with optimizing systems and processes
  • Support in ad hoc and ongoing projects

Requirements

  • Three to five years’ experience in a relevant area, ideally in private equity or asset management, and preferably with a focus on Real Estate
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, real estate, or a related field
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills and ability to work with complex and big data sets (Excel)
  • Ability to manage and oversee many projects and ad-hoc requests at the same time and skilful in prioritizing tasks. General project management skills are a plus
  • Your excellent problem-solving skills. You know how to solve problems and have the tenacity to get things done
  • Commercial mindset and great communication skills. You understand the numbers and you can explain to others what they mean
  • Ability to communicate key insights and trends effectively to a variety of stakeholders across the business
  • Superb interpersonal skills. You’re a team player who thrives in our fast-paced environment and can juggle priorities effectively. You have a knack for building relationships across all areas within a fast-paced environment
