Portfolio Assistant

• Provide exceptional support for client services by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Monitor call center operations and metrics to ensure performance standards are consistently met
• Collaborate with team members to maintain accurate data and documentation using tools such as AMSI and Microsoft Project Server
• Assist in the management of financial portfolios by tracking updates and preparing reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while handling sensitive information
• Partner with internal departments to streamline communication and enhance service delivery
• Analyze call center metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements
• Play an active role in maintaining service quality and achieving customer satisfaction goals
• Support project management tasks and contribute to the successful execution of initiatives

• Proven experience in call center operations and customer service environments
• Familiarity with call center metrics and the ability to analyze performance data
• Proficiency in using AMSI and Microsoft Project Server for efficient task management
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all tasks
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Previous experience in financial services or portfolio management is a plus
