Job Description

The Agile Coach will work with TI leaders to provide guidance around facilitating and leading Agile transformation as well as providing consultation around organizational Agile practices/processes with automation and AI enablement mindset.

Job Responsibility

  • Work with TI leaders to provide guidance around facilitating and leading Agile transformation
  • Providing consultation around organizational Agile practices/processes with automation and AI enablement mindset
  • Coordinates and coaches APSE leaders across the organization within the framework architecture of Agile methodology, specific to Scrum, Scrum Master skills, Lean and Kanban
  • Responsible for providing knowledge, architecture and expertise around enterprise Lean Agile processes while coaching leadership roles in the organization to successfully lead and manage concepts at the enterprise level
  • Instructing B of A specific Agile implementation and facilitation of Agile learning solutions
  • Discovering B of A specific opportunities to champion Agile values and adoption across IT
  • Developing B of A specific training materials and process guidelines
  • Delivering Agile training sessions, workshops and one on one coaching for B of A specific LOB’s and IT participants at the bank Portfolio Program and Team level
  • Facilitating B of A specific cross-functional team mediation and communication across various technical teams
  • Assess bank teams against Agile best practices and provide B of A specific recommendations
  • Educate, train, mentor other bank resources at all levels, including senior executives on Agile principles as applied specifically to the uniqueness of B of A
  • Enablement of standardization and toil reduction using AI and Automation

Requirements

  • Agile Coach Skills Both strong leaders and advocates for the adoption of Lean-Agile
  • Agile Coaches must be assertive about adoption of Lean-Agile processes and enthusiastic about Agile practices and their benefits
  • They are both educators and coaches, and thus possess great interpersonal skills, teaching abilities, and a capacity to inspire and motivate
  • To stay ahead, Agile Coaches must be self-taught, and they must constantly update their information, attend conferences, and continuously learning
  • Ability to think strategically and deliver both, strategically and tactically on goals and deliverables effectively
  • Strong Team Player, having some programming and delivery experience
  • Showing proficiency in relevant programming languages
  • Demonstrating strong knowledge of and background with Agile concepts
  • Possessing prior experience coaching teams in Agile adoption or as a Scrum Master
  • Having some background or coursework in Computer Science
  • Scrum Coach certification Scrum Master certification
  • Lean/Agile Coach certification
  • Experience coaching at large organizations or Fortune 500 companies
