Our client, a well-established property business, is seeking a proactive Portfolio Administrator to support the day-to-day management of a diverse client portfolio. Job Responsibility:
Acting as the first point of contact for maintenance and repair queries
Coordinating contractors and scheduling works
Raising work orders, obtaining quotes, and tracking progress
Managing property compliance tasks and diarising routine checks
Drafting tenancy documentation and updating records on the property management system
Handling utility contracts and internal recharges
Liaising with landlords, tenants, and suppliers
Processing invoices and ensuring accuracy of reporting
Requirements:
Proven experience in residential lettings or property management
Ideally ARLA and/or IOSH qualified, or open to gaining qualifications
A strong understanding of property repairs and basic maintenance knowledge
Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking skills
Process-driven and comfortable managing a high-volume workload
Strong MS Office skills and experience using property management systems
Full, valid UK driving licence (essential)
Nice to have:
ARLA and/or IOSH qualified
