Job Description:

W Brisbane is hiring a Porter who takes the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay, providing the 'W' experience and surprising and delighting them every moment.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay
Provide guests with the 'W' experience
Surprise and delight guests every moment
Focus on Loyalty and Guest Service

Requirements:

Experience in a similar role within a hotel environment
Experience with Opera property management system
Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
Energised in a fast-paced environment
Excellent grooming and presentation skills
Must be available to work AM, PM, and Overnight Shifts
