Job Responsibility
Welcome guests warmly on arrival, providing a courteous and professional first impression
Assist guests with luggage during arrival, departure and internal movements throughout the hotel
Support the Front Office team with arrivals, departures and guest requests
Provide information on hotel services and local area highlights when required
Ensure luggage storage areas are organised, secure and efficiently managed
Respond promptly to guest requests, ensuring a personalised and seamless experience
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the entrance, lobby and porter stations
Handle guest belongings with care, ensuring security and discretion at all times
Support operational tasks and assist other departments as required
Ensure compliance with all health, safety and security policies and procedures
Maintain accurate communication with the team to ensure smooth service delivery
Requirements
Previous experience in a guest‑facing role, ideally within a luxury hotel environment
Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining presentation and service standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑standards environment
Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple guest requests effectively
Clear and professional communication skills, with a warm and engaging approach
A proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate guest needs and support smooth operations
Impeccable personal presentation, reflecting the standards of a luxury brand
A collaborative approach, working closely with Front Office and other departments
Physical capability to carry out the operational demands of the role, including luggage handling
