Job Description:

An opportunity to work as a Porter at The Westin Brisbane, responsible for managing guest first and last impressions while providing proactive and welcoming service in a high-volume environment.

Job Responsibility:

Ensuring each guest receives a warm welcome upon arrival and a sincere farewell
assisting with all needs at the concierge desk, entryway, and parking area, including valet services
maintaining the presentation of the lobby, driveway, and parking areas
providing a memorable, efficient, and personalized experience
addressing guest concerns promptly and incorporating their feedback
gathering and sharing local insights to fulfill guest requests

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, ideally in hospitality
a current, open driver’s license
the ability to connect with guests and create a welcoming, friendly atmosphere
skill in upselling and promoting our venues and services
a genuine enthusiasm for the hospitality industry
a proactive attitude toward developing your skills, evolving in your role, and staying updated on industry trends
