Job Description:

As a Porter, you'll play an essential role in shaping each guest's first and last impression. From assisting with luggage and providing directions to answering inquiries, you'll ensure guests feel cared for and at home from the moment they arrive until their departure.

Job Responsibility:

Ensuring each guest receives a warm welcome upon arrival and a sincere farewell upon departure
Assisting with all needs at the concierge desk, entryway, and parking area, including valet services
Maintaining the presentation of the lobby, driveway, and parking areas
Providing a memorable, efficient, and personalized experience
Addressing guest concerns promptly
Gathering and sharing local insights to fulfill guest requests

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, ideally in hospitality
A current, open driver's license is essential for valet services and vehicle handling
The ability to connect with guests and create a welcoming, friendly atmosphere
Skill in upselling and promoting our venues and services
A genuine enthusiasm for the hospitality industry
A proactive attitude toward developing your skills
