Job Responsibility
Clean all surfaces in common areas (e.g. Information Centers, Fitness Center, kitchens, restrooms) to include dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and glass cleaning
Empty garbage cans from all amenity spaces including restrooms and dog waste stations
Clean and maintain light fixtures and replacement bulbs
Patrol grounds for trash and debris along roads, maintaining a “Clean as You Go” mindset
Greet residents when in contact with a warm smile, and genuine greeting
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and tidy
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
At least five years of experience in the property management industry or directly related field.
General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service including plumbing, electrical, general maintenance.
Ability to read, write and understand English
Ability to use general office equipment, such as telephone, computer, printer, copier, and etc.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to others.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to cope with and defuse situations involving angry or difficult people.
Must maintain professional appearance.
Must maintain a valid driver's license, clean driving record and current auto insurance is required.
