As the Porter/Valet at Mondrian Gold Coast, you’ll be the ultimate connector, ensuring our guests and residents experience the very best of luxury living. From personalised recommendations to seamless service, you’ll be the go-to expert for creating unforgettable moments. Whether it’s securing exclusive reservations, coordinating bespoke experiences, or simply adding a touch of magic to every interaction, you’ll bring passion, precision, and personality to the role.

Job Responsibility:

  • Daily concierge desk operations including inventory controls and adherence to service protocols
  • Uphold the Mondrian luxury service standards
  • Provide warm welcome to guests and visitors, assist with valet parking, luggage storage, delivery and retrieval
  • Provide guest and owner requests and enhance service offerings
  • Address and resolve guest and owner inquiries or issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience and maintaining high service quality

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar guest service/concierge role in a luxury environment
  • Opera Cloud Experience is desirable
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Valid Australian Driver's License
  • Ability to work various shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays
  • Full Australian Working Rights

  • Participate to the review and approval of site construction procedures/method statements. Identify and make recommendations as to areas for improvement in constructability related issues
  • Coordinate the supervision of construction activities with all required disciplines Supervisors of the CPF-2 Site Construction (functional link with these Supervisors)
  • Define construction progress priorities and identify specific concerns
