Job Responsibility

Perform routine property upkeep, including trash removal, general cleaning, and maintaining common areas
Complete interior painting and basic repairs (e.g., drywall patching, fixture replacements, touch-ups)
Conduct daily inspections of buildings and grounds to ensure cleanliness and safety
Report maintenance issues, damages, violations, and safety concerns promptly to management
Replace light bulbs and assist with simple maintenance tasks as needed
Keep walkways, stairwells, hallways, and shared spaces clean and presentable
Assist with seasonal duties such as snow cleanup or general exterior upkeep
Respond to work orders efficiently using a company-provided smartphone
Communicate with the office regarding work orders, questions, or additional support needed
Coordinate access to units with residents when required

Assist with all grounds and facilities projects
Ensure the cleanliness of all tot lots, common parking lots, tennis/pickleball courts, basketball courts, and all other common areas
Make pickups/deliveries of supplies, materials, and/or equipment
Ensure upkeep and cleanliness of maintenance shop, shop yard, company vehicles and company equipment
