The DV Hotels group is looking for a PORTER/MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN with a class B driving license to join the team at the DE LA VILLE hotel in Riccione. Job Responsibility:

  • Personal support to the Floors in cleaning and transporting linen
  • Pool Cleaning
  • Cleaning and maintenance of green areas and outdoor furniture
  • Cleaning, Setup and Technical Support of Meeting Rooms, as well as Operational Support for Guests Using Them
  • Follow up on any maintenance assistance activities delegated by the maintenance technician
  • Management and support of external parking in synergy with the hotel reception
  • Maintenance of green areas outside the structure
  • Spa cleaning and inspection, supervision and accompaniment of guests

Requirements:

  • Good aptitude in managing new problems/situations
  • Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with other colleagues
  • 40-hour week, 6 days a week, initial fixed-term contract, with the possibility of annual work and transformation to permanent contract

  • Any skills ranging from electrical to mechanical equipment, from plumbing to electrical systems will represent an added value
